HOW TO GET YOUR GAME FILM OUT OF XBOTGO
XbotGo games stay with whoever ran the camera. Get them onto that phone, then upload them on your order page.
Where XbotGo games are saved
XbotGo Chameleon records with your phone, so the games are on that phone. XbotGo Falcon records to a memory card in the camera, and can also back up to your XbotGo cloud album over Wi-Fi. XbotGo cloud share links are for watching only; they can’t be downloaded.
Get the game onto your phone
Chameleon: newer versions of the XbotGo app save games to your phone’s gallery after recording. If they aren’t there, select them in the app and download them to the gallery.
Falcon: with your phone connected to the Falcon, open the XbotGo app and tap Gallery, then Falcon, then Media. Select the games and tap Download. They land in the XbotGo album on your phone. You can also copy them off the memory card with a card reader on a computer.
File size
Each file you upload can be up to 10 GB. XbotGo’s 4K settings use about 300 MB a minute, so a 30-minute 4K half is about 9 GB and a longer one won’t fit. 1080p uses about 60 to 110 MB a minute and fits easily. Record at 1080p if you can.
Send them to us
On your private order page, choose Videos from my phone, tablet or computer and pick the games. Whole games are big files, so Wi-Fi is faster. If someone else ran the XbotGo, choose My coach or team has the film to make an upload link for them.
Provider instructions: XbotGo: Where Falcon videos are saved, XbotGo: Download a video to your phone and XbotGo: Storage per minute. Checked October 14, 2026.
Phone video works. Upload the original file from the phone, not a copy sent through a messaging app.
