Save available LiveBarn video within its 30-day VOD window. Download lengths and allowances depend on your subscription.
Save the footage while it is available
LiveBarn’s regular on-demand recordings are available for 30 days after the broadcast. Its FAQ says those recordings are then removed and cannot be restored. Do not rely on a year-long recovery window. Separately purchased Player Analysis products have their own availability.
Find the rink, date and time
Sign in with your authorized LiveBarn account. Search for the venue, select the playing surface, then choose the VOD date and time. Confirm the teams and the athlete before downloading.
Download clips or longer segments
LiveBarn offers 30-second clips and 30-minute video downloads. Check the current plan and download allowance in your account before purchasing or upgrading; provider access costs are separate from Highlight Machine editing.
- For a 30-second clip on the website, pause where the clip should end. Open the Share control and choose Download.
- For longer footage, use the longer-download option available to your plan. Save each segment needed to cover the game.
- Play the saved files and check that the requested action is present. Keep the original downloaded files.
Send your files and play notes
Upload the downloads on your private order page. Name longer segments by date, game and part number. Select clips or mark the plays; Tape Review covers editor selection from up to five full games. A LiveBarn viewing link alone may not allow us to download the film.
If the game is unavailable or a download control is missing, ask LiveBarn about your account access, or contact us about another source. Do not send account passwords.
