HOW TO GET BASEBALL / SOFTBALL FILM OUT OF GAMECHANGER
Save the shareable clips available to your account, or obtain an authorized recording. A saved game is not necessarily a downloadable original.
Find a recorded event
In GameChanger, select the team, open Video and look under Saved Videos. Only events that were streamed have recordings. GameChanger says team staff can view full event videos without a subscription; non-staff need Premium or a Premium Team Pass. Team audience permissions still matter.
Save an available clip
For a Play Clip or a clip on a Player Profile, open the clip, choose More, then Share Clip. Use the available sharing or save-to-device option. Check the saved video before uploading it.
For full-game footage
GameChanger’s current stored-video guidance describes screen recording game footage. It does not promise every paid account a Download Video button for the full game. Ask the person who filmed it whether an original recording is available first.
If an authorized screen recording is your only option, record a short sample and ask us to check its quality. Avoid notifications and controls covering the play. Screen recordings can lose detail, so suitability depends on the actual file.
Send files you have permission to use
Upload the saved clips or recording to your private order page, or provide a downloadable file link. A restricted GameChanger viewing link may be useful as a reference, but does not guarantee editable film. Do not share your account password.
Mark your chosen plays, or add Tape Review for editor selection from up to five full games. Save the footage you need promptly; we do not promise a fixed retention window or recovery of a deleted recording.
