HOW TO EXPORT YOUR BALLERTV FOOTAGE
Find your BallerTV replay, check download credits or purchase requirements, and save the video file before sending it to your editor.
Find the correct replay
Sign in to your authorized BallerTV account and search by event or team. Open the event’s Games section and use its team or division filters to find the replay. Check the date and teams. Viewing access depends on your subscription.
Check the download cost
Watching a replay and downloading it are separate permissions. BallerTV uses download credits, and its help page lists both plan-included credits and separately purchased downloads. Check the allowance and price shown in your own account; a paid viewing subscription does not promise unlimited downloads. Those provider charges are separate from your Highlight Machine order.
Save the video
- Open the game and look for BallerTV’s Download button.
- Review any credit or purchase prompt before confirming it.
- Save the downloaded video and play it to check that it contains the game you need.
If no download is available, contact BallerTV support or the event organizer for an authorized copy. Do not send us your password or assume we can retrieve a restricted stream from a viewing link.
Prepare it for your reel
Upload the video on your private order page, or share a file link with downloads enabled. Tell us the athlete’s jersey number and mark the plays you want. If you want the editor to watch full games and select the plays, add Tape Review; it covers up to five full games.
